CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy is a light touch therapy that addresses the soft tissues of the body, particularly the soft tissues around the Central Nervous System (spine and brain).  This work has been shown to help with such disorders as TMJ, migraines, ADHD, colic and latching difficulty in infants and has even been shown to ease fibromyalgia.  CranioSacral Therapy is also used to help you relax and get out of fight/flight and back into rest/digest mode in the body.
